A meeting was held in late August 2002 regarding the establishment of a Trust in Michael's memory. The Fong family wishes to extend their gratitude to those in attendance. The publication of a book on fishing in California which Michael had written is forthcoming and the family feels this will be a fitting tribute to his memory. Upon publication, a memorial plaque or bench is planned to be established along side one of Michael's favorite California streams. In the interim, should you wish to make a donation in Michael's memory, we recommend that contributions be made to your favorite conservation organization.
